This is my take on the legendary creature—the Sasquatch.
The design blends human and great ape characteristics: the bone structure more of an ape, while the skin details are closer to human.
This project was also an experiment in pushing the Metahuman system without creating a fully custom rig or facial morph targets. The deformations hold up beautifully about 90% of the time, and I’ve really enjoyed working within the system’s limits.
The head and body shapes, skin color map, normal map, and all hair and fur were custom-made to override the default Metahuman assets.
